The service was highly professional, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Their customer service was excellent, and the quality of work was comparable to what you would expect from a dealership. Gil assisted me in resolving the issue with my vehicle efficiently and provided outstanding support throughout the process.

Recently my van broke down on my way home from work and was no longer drivable after the incident. I called Prestige Auto in Miami Lakes and spoke with Gil. Even though the shop was closing shortly, I was treated very professionally by Gil and the team. I had to leave the van overnight, and Gil informed me they would contact me by 10 a.m. the next morning to discuss the issue and cost. I received the call as promised. The repair cost was unfortunately not in my budget, so I told Gil I would handle the repair myself but asked how much I owed for the diagnostic. Without hesitation, he said there would be no charge for the diagnosis. This kind of service is rare today. I highly recommend Prestige Auto to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable auto service. Shawn Clements

What an incredible experience with the guys @ Prestige Auto. Its a breath of fresh air knowing there are still honest folks out there (especially in the auto mechanics world) and that these guys are the best. Every promise made by them was a promise kept. From the time it took to perform the service to their concierge drop off / pick up service, everything was top notch. My wife's BMW 430i factory warranty just expired, so i can rest assured that her car will be taken care as good as, if not better, than the BMW factory authorized dealer. Will unequivocally use them again if / when any future service needs arise. I highly recommend.

I lived in Miami Lakes for 16 years and I’ve never seen a shop like this in my entire life. John the main person that I spoke with at the front desk was absolutely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They treated me like royalty in this shop. The best experience of my life as far as car shops they even have complementary pick up and drop off service absolutely free. My car works beautifully and everything was handled with ultimate care. I definitely will be coming back for more services. I highly recommend the shop! Infinity, stars and beyond my favorite person was John.

Gil and Prestige were amazing. Just got the car from carvana and I wanted to do PPI. They were able to check my car in 3 hours. Marlin was super knowledgeable about Porsches and very helpful. I definitely recommend anyone that needs anything with their car. If you buy through Carvana and have Silver Rock warranty they work seamlessly with them from filing the claim to sourcing OEM parts. Thank you for the fast and fantastic turnaround
